Private Therapy

Right Mind Recovery offers holistic and evidence-based therapy that addresses the unique needs of the individual. Private therapy is conducted via tele-health on the Zoom platform.

Therapy encompasses psycho-education, cognitive-behavioral therapies including relapse prevention, mindfulness techniques, and Prime for Life. We provide connection to other valuable resources and treatments when needed.

Virtual Therapy

Our private therapy takes place via Zoom. It involves a licensed mental health professional providing therapy sessions to clients over the internet. We interact real-time, just as we would during an in-person therapy session.

Requirements:

  • A reliable internet connection
  • A device with a camera and microphone (most computers have this already)
  • A quiet and private space where you can participate in the therapy session without interruptions or distractions.
  • A comfortable and conducive environment. This can include lighting, temperature, and seating arrangements.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

CBT focuses on altering negative beliefs, attitudes, and irrational feelings while focusing on altering behavior. Negative thought patterns confuse us into thinking we become helpless victims of our past and that we are bound by what happens to us or what mistakes we have made.
